Open Water Swim (Cold Water)

Service Description

1 hour swimming in the lake. Available for those aged 8+ (Under 16's must be supervised by a participating adult). All participants (regardless of age) must complete a cold water Induction before attending a Winter Swim session (booked separately). If you have not attended an induction, you will be refused entry to the lake and no refunds or credits will be given. Swim Inductions completed in previous years with us are still valid, but please confirm we still have your details prior to booking. We strongly recommend that you wear a wet suit when the lake is 14C or below. You can check the temperature of the lake daily on our social media channels. We are unable to include inductions from other companies as we do not know what theirs involve. The event specific safety briefs for Christmas and New Years Day are specific to those events and are NOT a full cold water induction.

Cancellation Policy

1. You can Reschedule your session via the following means, Online members area, Email or social media. If you would like to cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours Prior to your booked session start time you will be able to cancel or reschedule your session via social media or email. Once processed you will be able to request a new session at a later date up to the same value as the cancelled session. We request extra time to give us a chance through busy periods to process your request. For more Control you can move a session yourself Up to 24 hours prior to your booked session start time you will be able to reschedule your session using the online members area on our website without a penalty. you can also cancel a session this way and if the cancellation is more then 48hours in advance, please contact us for a refund or a rebook and we can process it. 2. Less than 48 hours prior to your booked session start time you may request a cancellation or reschedule to your session via email, or social media. You MAY be issued with a credit that can be used against any future PTP Coaching booking. Refunds will not be issued except in extenuating circumstances. Decisions on the issue of a credit or refund in these circumstances are solely at the discretion of the PTP Coaching LTD Management. Refunds will only be given on request.
