Float and Flow Yoga

Optimise all the benefits of yoga by taking it to the board. 

At the same time as increasing your strength and flexibility, the tranquillity of the water and nature surrounding you, will take you on a calming journey that beats any studio practice.

This vinyasa flow class will last 1 hour on Wednesday evenings and 45mins on Saturday mornings. This is broken into 15 mins SUP on and off the water, 5 mins meditation and the rest of the time doing yoga. 

Previous yoga and SUP experience is beneficial, although not vital.

Wear a wetsuit or comfortable, stretchy clothing that you're happy to get wet (it’s always a possibility but keeping it low and slow can help you stay on the board!) and wrap up on chillier days. Come prepared with a towel and change of clothes.

Above all, Float & Flow is an informal practice designed to be both relaxing and fun!
