Audrey

Is a BTF (British Triathlon Federation) Level 3 Triathlon Coach; YMCA Level 4 Personal Trainer; UK Athletics Coach in Running Fitness; Level 2 British Cycling Coach and started Triathlon coaching in 2008. She has coached athletes to podium positions at the European Champs/Worlds Grand Final. In 2020 she was awarded the BBC SPORTY Unsung Hero Award for the London Region. Audrey takes a keen interest in the promotion of swimming for Black and Asian Women, making people feel safe and comfortable in and around water “Swimming is a life skill that we all need”. Kirsty

Has been a swimming teacher for many years and was trained by British Olympic swimmer Keri-Anne Payne to STA Swim Coaching Level 2. When She was younger she was a competitive swimmer. Kirsty is passionate about improving technique and helping everyone feel safe and comfortable in and around open water.

Open water Swim Coaching

If you want to improve your frontcrawl, move away from breaststroke, swim more efficiently, or plan to take part in an open water event or triathlon, these sessions will be ideal for you. 

 

They will be running small group classes, 1:1 or if you want to learn with a buddy, then 2:1.
