About the Role
Role and Responsibilities:
To meet Key Performance Indicators as set for the role.
• Able to follow Normal and emergency operating procedures and the ability to explain them to other staff.
• To be able to build good communication with the staff team, customers, and other users of the surrounding environment.
• Able to clearly pass on information and feedback to senior members of PTP coaching management team.
• You should be approachable, professional, presentable in correct uniform and abide by the code of conduct for all employees.
• Must be able to deal with customers with patience and understanding of their needs whilst trying to assist them in the best way possible.
• Be able to work well as a part of the team and delegate tasks.
• Will need to be able to achieve a good standard of administrative tasks as set or outlined.
• Understanding of the Rota systems
• Able to carry out day to day maintenance and repair to site and equipment.
Admin and Management duties:
The correct candidate will be able to perform the following tasks with support from the Senior management team.
You will be able conduct Performance Reviews with those in your team, to do regular observations on staff members, staff training where suitably trained, Social Event Planning, Interviews, staff on-site inductions, Safeguarding, Incident records and reporting to the Senior Management team.
Maintenance:
The correct candidate will be able to perform these tasks independently and with the support of the Senior management team. You will be responsible for ensuring the following tasks are carried out; Cleaning and tidying of lakeside and trailer, maintaining lake side, repair to SUP, Canoe, Kayaks and other watercraft where trained, Correct Storage and recording of equipment.

Requirements
Essential Skills
Desirable Skills
You must hold one of the following qualifications on the list below and be trained or aspiring in the others:
• BCAB Level 3 Coach in (any Discipline) Or equivalent
• RLSS Open water Lifeguard or National Pool Lifeguard Qualification with OWL Bolt on or Beach Lifeguard.
• RYA Safety Boat
• REC Level 3 First Aid or equivalent
Administrative skills:
• Good level of written and verbal communications
• Suitable knowledge of posting to social media on behalf of a business
• Good knowledge and understanding of using Word, Excel, Power point and Mac OS systems.
Desired Skill
Driving License (Clean), Driving License with D1 or higher, Has PVC License, Wiliness to gain the other qualification, RYA VHF, Lowland Leader, or any other outdoor qualification.
