Service Description
This combined training and assessment course will enable you to run games and activities to support learning and inspire adventure and exploration for new paddlers in stable craft. On this practical course, you will learn skills such as: 1) Kitting up a group and getting afloat 2) Activities and games to support learning 3) How to use mini journeys to promote exploration of the environment 4) Keeping your group safe You need to be able to paddle your Canoe, Kayak or Stand Up Paddleboard independently on flat water. You will also need to be able to keep yourself and others safe on and near the water, for example a paddler falling off their craft. We find that paddlers that have completed the Paddle Explore Award or with around 70 hours of personal paddling experience can focus on the training and get the most out of their course. The Paddlesport Safety and Rescue course takes typically 6 hours and the Paddlesport Instructor course around 15 hours.

Cancellation Policy
1. You can Reschedule your session via the following means, Online members area, Email or social media. If you would like to cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours Prior to your booked session start time you will be able to cancel or reschedule your session via social media or email. Once processed you will be able to request a new session at a later date up to the same value as the cancelled session. We request extra time to give us a chance through busy periods to process your request. For more Control you can move a session yourself Up to 24 hours prior to your booked session start time you will be able to reschedule your session using the online members area on our website without a penalty. you can also cancel a session this way and if the cancellation is more then 48hours in advance, please contact us for a refund or a rebook and we can process it. 2. Less than 48 hours prior to your booked session start time you may request a cancellation or reschedule to your session via email, or social media. You MAY be issued with a credit that can be used against any future PTP Coaching booking. Refunds will not be issued except in extenuating circumstances. Decisions on the issue of a credit or refund in these circumstances are solely at the discretion of the PTP Coaching LTD Management. Refunds will only be given on request.
