Meet the Team

Tom 'Tank' Philby is one of the founders of the company and still regularly found around lakeside where he loves getting involved in the sessions and doing what he does best, chatting with our amazing customers.

Pia is mostly stuck in the office as the brains behind the operation, but you can still find her at the lake regularly as she takes a well earned break from the keyboard and puts the wetsuit back on to take in the fresh air and beauty of Beckenham Place Park.

If you've got a question, sent an email, engaged with us on social media or given us a call, chances are you've spoken to Madi. As part of a small team engaging with our customers and sorting out any issues you had she can mostly be seen in electronic form. On the rare occasions she manages to get to the lake in person you normally find her in it either on a board in in her swimming costume.
