cancelLation policy

By booking any service offered by PTP Coaching Limited you are agreeing to be bound by this cancellation policy.

If You Wish to Cancel or Reschedule Your Session

​

1. You can Reschedule your session via the following means, Online members area, Email or social media.

​

If you would like to cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours Prior to your booked session start time you will be able to cancel or reschedule your session via social media or email. Once processed you will be able to request a new session at a later date up to the same value as the cancelled session. We request extra time to give us a chance through busy periods to process your request.

For more Control you can move a session yourself Up to 24 hours prior to your booked session start time you will be able to reschedule your session using the online members  area on our website without a penalty.  you can also cancel a session this way and if the cancellation is more then 48hours in advance, please contact us for a refund or a rebook and we can process it.

2.  Less than 48 hours prior to your booked session start time you may request a cancellation or reschedule to your session via email, text or phone call. You MAY be issued with a credit that can be used against any future PTP Coaching booking. Refunds will not be issued except in extenuating circumstances. Decisions on the issue of a credit or refund in these circumstances are solely at the discretion of the PTP Coaching LTD Management. Refunds will only be given on request.

3. Inside of 24hours, In extenuating Circumstances You MAY be issued with a credit that can be used against any future PTP Coaching booking. Decisions on the issue of a credit or refund in these circumstances are solely at the discretion of the PTP Coaching LTD Management. In Regards to Covid, we require a Named and dated picture of a positive result for a credit note to be issued.

4.  If you have booked a session incorrectly (Booked against our lake rules guidelines) We are unable to offer a refund.  We may be able to reschedule/offer alternatives however this is down to management discretion and will not be completed in peak times.

5. We are an all year round swimming lake operating in England, We do not offer a credit note or a refund due to bad weather unless we have had to close the lake for safety reasons. 

 

If We Need to Cancel or Reschedule Your Session

​

3.  If PTP Coaching LTD cancel a session (or part of) for any reason we will endeavour to give you as much notice as possible.

​

4.  If we need to cancel a part of your session (for example, if we need to close the lake at very short notice due to weather) we will offer you a credit for another full session at no additional cost. No refunds will be offered except in extenuating circumstances.

​

5.  In all cases, where we need to cancel a full session we will offer you a credit for another full session. Refunds will only be issued on request.

​

6.  No additional compensation will be offered in relation to additional costs incurred by you in relation to attending your booked session. This includes, but is not limited to; Travel, Parking, Accommodation, food and drink.

Winter Subscriptions and Pre-Paid Sessions

​

7.  Monthly subscriptions will be subject to full or partial refund or credit in the event that we are unable to open for more than 1 week in any monthly paid period.  For the purposes of clarity, 1 week is defined as 7 consecutive days.  The amount of refund will be calculated based on the total number of full weeks the lake was not available for.  For 1 week closure, 1/4 of your monthly subscription will be credited or refunded. For 2 week closure, 1/2 of your monthly subscription will be credited or refunded. for 3 week closure, 3/4 of your monthly subscription will be credited or refunded.  For 4 week closure your full monthly subscription will be credited or refunded.  Credits and refunds are only processed upon request.

8.  Prepaid sessions will only be considered for credit or refund in the event that the lake is not available for which ever is the shortest of the following;

  a.  Total of 10 weeks (not necessarily consecutive) between the date of purchase and 31 March 2021.

  b.  Each week between the date of purchase and 31 March 2021.

9.  In the event of 8a. you will be credited for which ever is the lower of the following;

  a.  10% of the total value of the prepaid sessions purchased for every week below the threshold of 10 weeks, or

  b.  10% of the total value of the prepaid sessions purchased for each remaining ticket that is unused in your package.   

​

Example 1: If you purchase more than 10 weeks before the 31 March 2021, you have only used 6 tickets by 31 March 2021and we were only open for 8 weeks between the date of purchase and 31 March 2021 you will receive a 20% credit or refund.

Example 2: If you purchase more than 10 weeks before the 31 March 2021, you have used 9 tickets by 31 March 2021 and we were only open for 8 weeks between the date of purchase and 31 March 2021 you will receive a 10% credit or refund.

10.  In the event of 8b. you will be credited for which ever is the lower of the following;

  a.  % of the total value of the prepaid sessions purchased based on the % of full weeks the lake was unavailable between date of purchase and 31 March 2021, or

  b.  10% of the total value of the prepaid sessions purchased for each remaining ticket that is unused in your package.

Example 1: If you purchase 6 weeks before the 31 March 2021, you have only used 4 tickets by 31 March 2021 and we were only open for 3 weeks between the date of purchase and 31 March 2021 you will receive a 50% credit or refund.

Example 2: If you purchase 6 weeks before the 31 March 2021, you have used 7 tickets by 31 March 2021and and we were only open for 3 weeks between the date of purchase and 31 March 2021 you will receive a 30% credit or refund.
