About the Role

We are looking for an approachable and professional individual to join our team as an office and social media manager. We are a growing business based in Beckenham Place Park, running the swimming and paddle boarding. We also have sites at Weir Wood Reservoir and Bewl water.
You will need to demonstrate experience in working with customers, staff, office systems and social media platforms with patience and understanding. The correct person will have the ability to work as part of a team as well independently to fulfil their duties.

We are looking for someone with the ability to travel regularly across all our sites, a driving licence will be required. The position has the opportunity for some home working.

Office Manager -

• Supports company operations by maintaining the office systems.
• Maintains office services by organising office operations and procedures, controlling correspondence, designing filing systems, reviewing, and approving
supply requisitions.
• Provides historical reference by defining procedures for retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records.
• Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.
• Designs and implements office policies by establishing standards and procedures, measuring results against standards, and making necessary adjustments.
• Keep management informed by reviewing and analysing special reports; summarising information; identifying trends
• Works with CEO to achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analysing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Trouble shooting, customer enquiries.
• Website updates – as and when required


Social Media Manager -

• Deliver, implement, and manage our social media strategy, planning and publishing social media content across Instagram, X, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram and LinkedIn.
• Meet and maintain social media KPIs.
• Create and curate engaging content in line with our content strategy, collaborating with our team, partners to create visual assets and amplify our social media
reach.
• Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
• Manage customer communications including creating and curating regular text/media update campaigns for products, ensuring customers are always well
informed, deeply involved with the production process and informed of schedule changes.
• Use social media marketing tools such as Hootsuite, Adobe Suite.
• Attend Educational conferences.
• Foster and grow our online community, maintaining community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and mentions, and repost customer
content featuring our activities, across social media channels.
• Monitoring trends and conversations and identifying opportunities to further engage our audience.
• Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network.
• Utilise social media analytics and reporting tools to measure the performance of campaigns and generate insights for continuous improvements which may
include reporting on audience growth and engagement.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns aligned launches to maximise sales.

Desirable Skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Minimum 12 months experience in a digital marketing role
• Experience in working in an office environment.
• Experience of working with annual budgets, finances, and expenses.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Adobe Design Packages, QuickBooks.
• Passion for social media and strong understanding of various platforms and their best practices
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing social media and email marketing campaigns
• Experience with a CRM platform such as Mailchimp
• Understanding of social media analytics tools and ability to interpret data for ongoing improvements and optimisations
• Knowledge of a Leisure booking system.
• Excellent knowledge of content creation, campaigns, and videography, within social media platforms and scheduling services.
(X, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).
Driving License (Clean)

An interest in outdoor swimming and/or paddlesports.
