Service Description

Why should paddlesports be all about the youngsters? We are starting an Adults Paddle Club! The sessions will be very much led by you! The idea that it is a bit free flow. There will be coaching, games, self discovery, peer coaching, and some bank based bits. We want you to get out of the session, what you put in. If you want to develop your skills and even work towards some qualifications, we can get you started. If you just want to make like minded friends and have more of a chill time, we are here to support you. In the colder weather we understand you may not want to be practicing your rescues. We will gear each session towards what you want. Open to those 17+. If you wish to bring your own board/ kayak/canoe. You can! our instructors are multi disciplined and can support you in what you would like to learn/do. Bring your own please note - We check over all equipment. If we do not consider your safety equipment (bouyancy aid) suitable, we will require you to hire one of ours. Please ensure all personal equipment is washed between venues to prevent the spread of microbiology between different bodies of water. To come along hiring our kit. This is £8.50pp To bring your own Paddle board/ Kayak/Canoe this is £6.50pp If you need to hire a Buoyancy aid (only required for those bringing their own) we can hire them at the cost of £3.50pp Please note for those bringing their own; our nearest car park is about 400m up/down a pathed hill. Cancellation Policy

1. You can Reschedule your session via the following means, Online members area, Email or social media. If you would like to cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours Prior to your booked session start time you will be able to cancel or reschedule your session via social media or email. Once processed you will be able to request a new session at a later date up to the same value as the cancelled session. We request extra time to give us a chance through busy periods to process your request. For more Control you can move a session yourself Up to 24 hours prior to your booked session start time you will be able to reschedule your session using the online members area on our website without a penalty. you can also cancel a session this way and if the cancellation is more then 48hours in advance, please contact us for a refund or a rebook and we can process it. 2. Less than 48 hours prior to your booked session start time you may request a cancellation or reschedule to your session via email, or social media. You MAY be issued with a credit that can be used against any future PTP Coaching booking. Refunds will not be issued except in extenuating circumstances. Decisions on the issue of a credit or refund in these circumstances are solely at the discretion of the PTP Coaching LTD Management. Refunds will only be given on request.
